Sometimes it's easier to see a photograph or photo like painting to use as inspiration, however, I hope that you are able to see your own vision in my work.

It may take some work to break down the piece to something you would paint, but this is why this is called an Art Challenge.

Do you see a night sky? A Carninal? Maybe a Robin? What do you see? I want to see what comes from this exercise.

All artwork should be sent to me at danamarieart@gmail.com, and should consist of an attachment of a good quality jpg image, cropped to show nothing but the artwork. I will not post out of focus, poor quality photographs.

Make sure your name and website/blog address are included with your submission. Also be sure to include "Rendition Me This" in the subject line. No large file sizes please. Do not exceed 1000 pixels on the widest side. Please keep the resolution to 72 also. Thanks.

Three pieces of artwork per artist per art challenge will be allowed.

To view the original painting to use as your reference, scroll down to the bottom of each new posting. Please send your image no later than the 13th.

Your original art resulting from these challenges are yours to keep and sell. You may not sell copies of the photograph(s) that I post for each challenge....I hold the rights to these.
